We know that plans can change, while we aim to ensure satisfaction with every order, we ask that customers review the return details below to understand when returns are eligible.

Returns at a Glance

  • Return requests must be made within 30 business days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

To request a return, please email Support@Pike-Fit.com with your order information.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Received the Wrong Item?

If your order arrived incorrectly, please contact Support@Pike-Fit.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email used at checkout
  4. Photos of the item received and packaging

Once confirmed, we’ll take care of sending the correct item.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Support@Pike-Fit.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name and email on the order
  3. Photos clearly showing the issue and packaging

We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you on a resolution.
